Birthday Basics Gift Certificate Holder

We have such an amazing promotion this month.  Buy 3 packets of Designer Series Paper and receive the 4th packet FREE.  So today's post I've created a gift Certificate holder using using the Birthday Basics Designer Series Paper.

DIRECTIONS

1. With the 9 ¼” side of the DP aligned with the top of your score board, score the 5 7/8” x 9 ¼” piece of DP at 1” and at 4 1/8”
2. Crease along the score lines with a bone folder
3. Place a 1” piece of ⅛” Scor-tape along the outer left and right hand sides of the 1” flap.
4. Peel the backing from the Scor-tape. Fold the pocket upwards and stick it to the 4 1/8” panel
5. Stamp your sentiment from the You’re Amazing Stamp set onto a scrap of Whisper White Cards stock in Gumball Green Classic Ink
6. Cut the image out using big shot and Apothecary Accents Famelits dies
7. Place 3” piece Crisp Cantaloupe Ruffle Stretch Trim to the bottom of the die cut greeting with snail adhesive
8. Add a mini brad to each side of the greeting with your piecing tool
9. Punch a hole using a standard hole punch at each end of the greeting
10. Fold 25” piece of Summer Starfruit Stitched Satin Ribbon in half.  Wrap the ribbon around the folded gift card holder with the ends of the ribbon towards the right hand side
11. Slide the “Happy Birthday” embellishment onto the top portion of the ribbon and stick the left hand side of the ribbon to the top of the gift card holder with double sided adhesive.
12. Stick the “Happy Birthday” embellishment onto the gift card holder with stampin’ dimensionals
13. Insert your gift certificate into the pocket
14. Tie the ends of the ribbon together in a double knot.  You’re done!
