Easy Christmas Card Making Ideas!

If you are looking for easy Christmas card making ideas you are in the right place today! I’ve got one that is super simple, really pretty AND easy to make.

All you need is one (1) ink colour – I’ve used Versamark ink.  Some Gold Embossing Powder and your Layering Circle Framelits.  Too Easy.  I’ve created a custom background my repeatedly stamping my tree image from the Watercolour Stamp Set over the front of my Sahara Sand Cardstock base with Versamark ink.

Versamark ink is great that you can get a tone-on-tone effect by stamping it directly onto coloured cardstock.

I’ve cut the hole in the center of my card base using the Layering Circle Framelit Dies, and again in Real Red cardstock to create a border to frame my greeting.

The greeting from the Watercolour Christmas Stamp set (my favourite stamp set) in Versamark ink and then Heat embossed with Gold Embossing Powder.

Tricks & Tips

• Run an Embossing Buddy over the Very Vanilla Cardstock before Stamping this will ensure that no Embossing Powder sticks to any unwanted areas
