Gift Box
Welcome to week 12 of my 12 weeks of Christmas blitz.
Supplies used for this project:
- Stamps: Label Love, Festive Flurry
- Ink: Bermuda Bay
- Paper: Silver Foil Sheets, Winter Frost Designer Paper, Bermuda Bay CS, Whisper White CS
- Accessories: Kraft Gift Boxes, Silver 1/8″ ribbon, Whisper White Bakers Twine, Frosted Finishes Embellishments, Stampin’ Dimentionals, Artisan Label Punch, Big Shot, Designer rosette Bigz Die, Festive Flurry Framelits Dies, bone folder, sticky strip, glue dot
- Other: Hole punch, glue gun
Dimensions:
- Whisper White CS: scrap
- Winter Frost Designer Paper: 2 x 12″ x 4″
- Linen Thread: 4″
- Silver ribbon: 1.2m
Step-by-Step Directions
Step 1: Cut and score your designer paper with Big Shot and Rosette Bigz Die
Step 2: Place sticky strip and the end of each piece of rosette and stick the 2 pieces together, do the same for the other end. This should now form a circle. With your hot glue gun place a small amount of glue in the centre to hold the rosette in a circle. Set aside once dry.
Step 3: 30cm x 8cm Silver foil sheet, lay across your kraft gift box and fold along the edges. Place sticky strip along the back of the foil sheet and stick to your gift box. Start with the bottom. Ensure you have filled your gift box first.
Step 4: wrap 1.2m silver ribbon around the box 3 times tape it underneath with sticky tape
Step 5: Stick your rosette to the top of the box with a hot glue gun
Step 6: Stamp one of the snowflakes from the festive flurry stamp set with Bermuda Bay classic ink onto a scrap piece of Whisper White CS. Cut our the snowflake with Festive Flurry Framlits and Big Shot. Cut an extra one with the die the next size up from a scrap piece of Whisper White CS. Stick a frosted embellishment to the stamped snowflake with a glue dot. Stick the stamped snowflake to the Whisper White Snowflake with a stampin dimentional. stick this to the rosette with a glue gun
Step 7: Stamp one of the tag greetings from Label Love stamp set onto a scrap piece of Bermuda Bay CS with Bermuda Bay Classic Ink, punch out with the Artisan Label Punch. Punch a hole in the top corner with a hole punch and thread a piece of Whisper White Bakers Twine through the hole and tie in a knot. attach the project and you’re done!
