I’m so excited to be back creating and sharing with you, and today we’re creating featuring the new “Heartfelt” stamp set from the mini catalogue.
We have limited supplies today, and just 2 ink colours. Yep, Black and Petal Pink
Supplies:
- Stamps – Heartfelt (151417)
- Ink – Memento Black ink (132708), Petal Pink (147108)
- Paper – Whisper White (106549), Crumb Cake (121685), Flirty Flamingo (141421)
- Other –From My Heart Faceted Gems (151154)
Dimensions:
- Crumb Cake CS: 5-7/8″ x 8-1/4″
- Flirty Flamingo CS: 5-5/8″ x 3-7/8″
- Whisper White CS: 5-1/2″ x 3-3/4″
Did you know that you can add solid colour by simply stamping on the backside of your stamp? Yep, this technique works with any symmetrical images (hearts, circle, square etc). Just place your stamped image wrong side up on the block. Apply your ink and stamp. For this project I stamped off first onto some scrap paper and then stamped onto my project.
When you embellish be sure group in odd numbers. Why? Because it’s more pleasing to the eye.
