It’s Your Day – Birthday Card

Today’s card started with the stamping.  I started by stamping the sentiment from the Fabulous Four set from Stampin’ Up! in the 2015 -2017 Incolour (Watermelon Wonder, Delightful Dijon, Cucumber Crush, Mint Macaron, Tip Top Taupe).  Added a strip of Watermelon Wonder Cardstock across the top, and tied a piece of Whisper White Bakers Twine around  to finish it off

Next I stamped some flowers onto scrap pieces of Mint Macron Cardstock from the Flower Shop Stamp set from Stampin’ Up! and punched them out using the coordinating Pansy Punch.  I love coordinating products and Stampin’ Up! make it so easy for us, right now you can order both the Flower Shop stamp set and the coordinating Pansy Punch with 15% discount when you order these two items as a bundle.

Now to assemble my card, I randomly added my punched out flowers to my card base.  Applied Stampin’ Dimentionals to my Greeting panel and centered that onto my cardbase leaving some punched flowers to peak through around the sides.  Every card needs a bit of bling…I’ve scatted a few rhinestones to finish it off.
