Make a Card Monday #3
Make a Card Monday #3
Welcome to this weeks Make a Card Monday feature. I thought I would combined this weeks MACM with our team Creative Challenge.
Our challenge this week is to create a project using a stamp set we’ve either
- Haven’t used in a while, or
- Have never used
I’ve chosen to use the Garden in Bloom Stamp Set. This set has been sitting on my shelf for over 12 months, and never used. gasp!
To create my project, I’ve stamped the Hardwood Background stamp in Sahara Sand Ink onto the Sahara Sand Cardstock. I’ve die cutting the center with my Lots of Labels Framelits and stamped my greeting on the reverse side of the cut out with One Big Meaning Stamp Set in Versamark ink and heat set with White Embossing Powder.
Next I’ve stamped my flower images from the Garden in Bloom Stamp Set onto scrap piece of Cardstock and cut out with paper snips.
I’ve finished my card by adding some Gold Thread and Gold Faceted Gems
Video Tutorial
