Make It Monday #14 Colour Blocking
Colour blocking is a quick and easy way to create cards with some great bold colours. Once again I’m sharing with you this years new In-colours (Pineapple Punch, Lovely Lipstick, Grapefruit Grove, Blueberry Bushel and Call me Clover). Check out another project using these colours HERE

Supplies:
- Stamps – Thankful Thoughts
- Ink – Memento Black Ink
- Paper – Whisper White CS, 2018-2020 Incolour, Thick Whisper White CS
- Other – Double Sided adhesive, Stampin’ Dimensional’s, Big Shot, Stitched Shapes Framelit, Linen Thread
Dimensions:
- Thick Whisper White CS – 8-1/4” x 5-7/8” (21 x 15cm) scored and fold at 4-1/8” (10.5cm) to create a cardbase
- Whisper White CS – 3-7/8” x 5-5/8” scrap piece
- 2018-2020 In colour CS – 4” x 3cm (1 for each colour)
Directions:
- Stamp the greeting onto a scrap piece of Whisper White CS in Memento Black Ink. Die cut greeting using Stitched Framelits dies and Big Shot machine
- Place each colour strip under each other onto the 3-7/8” x 5-5/8” Whisper white CS using double sided adhesive. Flip over and cut an overhang off
- Create a messy string using the Linen Thread and adhere to the bottom right of your colour blocking card front.
- Adhere greeting using stampin dimentionals over the messy string
- Adhere the colour blocking piece to your card base using double sided adhesive. You’re done!
