Quick and Easy Birthday Greeting Card

I don’t know about you but there are plenty of times I need a quick and easy birthday card to send out to a friend or loved one.  Take a look:

 

Supplies:

• Stamps – Balloon Celebrations
• Ink – Pool Party, Powder Pink, Black Memento Ink
• Paper – Whisper White Thick CS, Whisper White Scrap
• Other –Balloon Bouquet Punch

Dimensions:

• Thick Whisper White  CS – 8-1/4” x 5-7/8” (21 x 15cm) scored and fold at 4-1/8” (10.5cm) to create a cardbase
• Whisper White CS – scrap piece

Directions:

1. Stamp your cloud images randomly using Pool Party Ink, stamping off onto scrap paper first and then stamping onto your card base.  This give you a lighter shade of Pool Party (stamp off technique)
2. Stamp your large and small solid balloon images using powder pink ink onto scrap piece of Whisper White Cardstock.  Stamping off onto scrap paper first and then stamping onto your cardstock (stamp off technique)
3. Using the 2 step stamp technique, stamp the inside detail of the balloons using powder pink ink at full strength.  Punch the balloons out using the balloon bouquet punch.
4. Adhere the balloons to your card base using stampin’ dimensionals
5. Stamp your greeting using Black Memento Ink.  You’re Done!
