If you missed it, this was the project we created. A fun fold featuring Peaceful Poppies Patterned Paper and the So Sentimental Stamp set and coordinating dies
Start with the Supplies
Let’s start with the supplies…
Measurements
- Create your card base from Poppy Parade Cardstock (4-1/8″ x 11-3/4″) scored at 5-7/8″ and folded in half.
- Basic Black layer is just 1/4″ smaller than my card front piece (5-5/8″ x 3-7/8″)
- Whisper White layer is the same as Black layer (5-5/8″ x 3-7/8″)
- Peaceful Poppies DSP cut 1/8″ smaller than Black CS (5-1/2″ x 3-3/4″)
Assembling Your Greeting Card
- Cut Poppy Parade card base at the 3-7/8″ mark to create a 4-1/8″ x 7-7/8″ piece. Fold along the score line
- Adhere the White CS to the inside of your card base
- Mat the Patterned Paper to the Black CS and adhere the matted Black CS to the Poppy Parade card front. Be sure to only add adhesive to the top portion of the Poppy Parade Card front as shown in the video.
- Stamp your greeting in Black into onto a scrap piece of White CS, Die cut using the largest frame from Stitched So Sweetly dies
- Adhere to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals
- Embellish with sequins you’re done!
