Tips & Techniques: Why Use Baby Wipes!

Why use baby wipes while your crafting?  Today and I am going to share a little secret with you. My secret is this—my daughter is nearly 4 years old and I often frequent the baby aisle. Why? It’s because of these glorious little cloths known as baby wipes.

I use them for cleaning just about anything—stamps, for one. Yes, I have the Stampin’ Scrub and Stampin’ Cleaner I use those when baby wipes won’t cut it, but 90% of the time the wipes do the trick and then I don’t have a scrubby pad to clean after I clean the stamp.

My workspace, my hands, spilled glitter, bits of paper from fussy cutting, etc. all can be cleaned quickly with a baby wipe. Got some tape residue on a die from taping it to the right spot on the paper? A baby wipe will get that cleaned right up. An inked brayer can sit on a baby wipe until I make it to the sink.

They are mild, and leave no residue. One wipe can clean a lot, so I don’t feel wasteful either. I could go on and on about how much I love baby wipes. The generic brands are what I usually use. They work just fine and they are super affordable. Now you know my secret, maybe you will use it too! Have a fantastic day.
